Return Policy

Please note that Shea Terra Malaysia adopts a No Refund, No Exchange and No Return Policy for all products sold and supplied in good conditions. We assure the products are well in condition before the goods is dispatch to you.

Exceptions
We will guarantee for a replacement/exchange for incorrect items shipped. Customer must notify us within 5 days upon receiving the shipment. We reserve the right not to accept replacement/exchange after above said period.

Replacement or Exchange
Incorrect items must return to us in its original condition and packing. It also should be posted to us within FIVE (5) working days upon receiving a confirmation to return from our team.
